MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Adriana Cardona was born and raised in Culiacan, Sinaloa. She graduated from dental school from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa in 2014. Dr. Cardona continued her education of aesthetic dentistry in Sinaloa. Upon graduation, she moved to Los Algodones area. Dr. Adriana is excited to be a part of the Rancherito Dental and is very thankful to have a great team that allows her to laugh and have fun during her work days.

One of my favorite things about my practice here in Rancherito Dental, is it’s one big family. Having all different ages allows me to do all the various specialties of dentistry, which makes my days fun and exciting!

Dr. Adriana also loves the difference she makes in her patient’s lives when she is able to transform their dental health and smiles.

In Dr. Cardona free time she enjoys hiking, cross fit, nature travel, biking and all sports activities. One of her dreams is to go to Africa or have the chance to see Northern Lights.

Claudia was born and raised in Mexicali, Baja California and is now our account & HR manager. Her role is to ensure that everybody has what they need to deliver the highest level of patient care, managing all administrative and logistical duties, insurance, as well as helping improve communication between staff and offices.
When asked what her highlight of her time at Rancherito Dental has been, she shared how she’s proud of how she helped to assemble a fantastic team, with great overall chemistry, capabilities, and attention to the best possible level of patient care!
Outside of the clinic, Claudia loves to travel and read great literature.

Meet Sandra, our lovely dental assistant! By far one of the sweetest souls ever, Sandra is most well known for her caring, yet professional, demeanor. She has been working steadily in the field for over 20 years and the ease with which she is able to perform procedures has kept her in high demand. She has a natural talent for making sure patientes feal confortable and love their Rancherito Dental experience! Her aspiration is to pursue higher education in the form of hygiene school. When she isn’t busy at work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

As a patient care coordinator of Rancherito Dental, Rossel answers patients’ questions, schedules appointments, answers phone calls, and ensures that all patients are taken care of to the best of her ability.

When asked what is important to her about her role, Rossel answered,

It is a good day if someone leaves our office better than when they came in, I just love working here.

When outside of the office, Rossel loves spending time with her family. She also loves to read, watch tv series and enjoys traveling.
